If you see an item and are interested in it, we do accept offers. When one of our items is up for auction we will consider offers until there are bids on that item, once we have bidders on an item we try to be as fair to all as possible, I would have to give the bidders notice of an offer before ending an auction.

Shipping
We will provide the basic dimensions and weight of each item with the item, however remember that if an item is oversized, odd shaped, very heavy or going common carrier, it may require skidding or crating depending on the carrier. We will provide estimates for these services upon request. For shipping of large or very heavy items we can get quotes for you or we can recommend shippers to you. We can also deliver most items within a 50 mile radius of the city of Pittsburgh for an additional fee.

On Line Auctions is not the largest web auction site out there but we like the way they treat people, buyers and sellers alike. We love how there are ways to contact a human Yes there is a toll free phone number for customer service.and they treat you like a valued customer unlike ebay. We have been listing with them for a while now and we like the way they look and are planning to list more with them in the future.
e bay

e bay is the largest auction site and we do list with them however having been members for the past 14+ years has been a struggle to say the least. The way they treat the buyers and sellers is offensive to say the least. We have never been able to contact e bay dirrectly and the customer support is virtually nonexistant they rely on automated e mails to solve all of thier problems. Though we do list with them they are the most difficult to deal with and we will be listing as little as possible with them in the future.
If you enjoy auctions as much as we do both buying and selling I recommend that you try some of the other sites out there you will be suprised to find that not all auction sites treat you as poorly as ebay.

Fed Ex Ground is the second largest package handler out there. We have been dealing with them for a while now and we like the way they work and are planning to ship more with them in the future.
UPS

We have been dealing with UPS for about 15 years and they used to be very good, but they have forgotten how to treat customers. They seem to have problems delivering packages without damaging or destroying them and they rarely if ever pay the insurance claims when they destroy a shipment. I am very disappointed with them and will not be using them in the future unless absolutly necessary.

Bax Global is another package/freight handler we have been using and had pretty good experiences with. We have been dealing with them for a while now and we like the way they work and are planning to ship more with them in the future.

Freight Quote

We have been dealing with Freight Quote for several years and they used to be very good, but they have forgotten how to treat customers. They seem to have problems with "quotes". Lately they seem to be billing more than they quoted, and I don't mean a little, the last thing I shipped with them they tried to double the bill. After I contacted them about it, they explained "that is the way it is" They cost me a customer and a lot of money....So I do not recommed using them.

We use the post office as much as possible since many of our things meet thier package specs.
We have had very few problems with them and We use them all the time.
