This is a one owner boat with only 214 hours on it, yes it is all factory original, with the factory engine in it and has for real only 214 hours on it. This cobalt has a 454 Magnum engine wich is extremely rare and can top out in the low to mid 70 MPH range.

It is a real screamer, but it also cuts the big waves like a knife with its deep V hull design. This boat is also one of the most maneuverable on the water, not only able to run with most of the big twins and tripps out there, but it will also turn on a dime. This boat has a beautyful cabin very comfortable for spending the night with interior lighting speakers and opening glass port holes on top and a locking cabin door. It also has a very spacious engine compartment with storage on both sides. The engine cover opens with the flick of a switch full power lift. The engine compartment is also protected with a halon fire protection system. It has a power antenna and the only thing on the boat not original is the new stereo system I replaced the factory Blaupunkt with a new removable face Blaupunkt am-fm-cd, along with new speakers. It has always been professionly maintained including the oil changes and even the stereo installation. It has never been stored out door, and has never been abused. It has power trim and a locking roll down glove box built in to the dash this is also where the stereo is located. It also has some sort of alarm system if some body tries to hotwire it, it sounds off, though I dont know how it works. It has lit dash gagues and hidden lighting around the whole cockpit area as well as in the cabin and engine compartment. it also has a remote controlled bow light and a teak and stainless steel fold down swim step. The boat also has a heavy duty tandem axle trailer that can haul up to a 30 foot boat.

When you fire up the engine the sound of that 454 Magnum with that heavy cam sounds very much like a NHRA dragster, I have actully had strangers standing on the dock ask me to gun it so they can hear it scream.

The Cobalt is known in the boating community as the mercedes of boats, and this one is in like new conditioin it has only 214 hours of use on it. 1 owner, that's right ONE owner, me. Not only is the cobalt one of, if not the best built boat on the market it is also one of the only hand built boats made period. The entire boat is double walled and foam filled making it virtually unsinkable. It is completely hand crafted and made with the finest materials.

Not long ago I had the boat out with some friends and we met up on the river with some other boating friends, we tied the boats together and were enjoying the afternoon. This friend we hooked up with Just bought his boat a few weeks earlier it was a brand new Searay. He asked me to show him my boat after he came on board and checked out the cabin and engine we were talking about things, I complimented his boat and I said how I can barely remember that new boat feeling, with that he looked at me kinda funny and said what are you talking about? what your boats last years model? I said, guess again. He said it cant be more than 2 years old. I replied not even close needless to say upon even close inspection this boat passes as almost showroom new.

I challenge anyone to find another 89 cobalt condurre anywhere in the country in as nice condition, with as low hours and still factory....... There are'nt any.....
